The max is 180 days.(Jail time served)

 

There are no internet privelidges as it is only county jail. I will have my snail-mail address posted(where I can be written). Like I said earlier, if anybody feels like writing it will be an option. It would also be very much appreciated.

 

The bracelet is a mere hope. Probably not going to happen. If it does I'll be kind of mad. The bracelet is for 90 days and costs me money every day. Jail is free.

what were are you being charged with? something not real bad i hope.

I have heard clients say that the monitors suck bigtime and that they can end up costing you waaaaaaaay more money, and that is on top of the fines you may have to pay.

We tried to get our little guy, (accidental shooting an eight year old) a bracelet but he got sent to CYA for 14 years. (shouldnt really do that much though)

 

Drug charges.

I would've chosen jail time today had they given me the option. They didn't though. Now I'm stuck with 90 days of house arrest and almost 2,000 dollars in fines and fees.

As opposed to getting jail time and not having to pay for it.

just possession. they wanted me on under the influence, while operating. They're lucky they even got me on the possession though. Well.... not really lucky because they definitely outsmarted me

Thank god I'm highly coordinated even messed up because I passed the field sobriety tests, and those idiots didn't think to drug test me.

Indiana. In a small county though. Indianapolis simply issues a ticket for like the first 5 offenses . I was ten minutes away from getting a ticket.

The house arrest is actually for violating my conditional release/suspended sentence.
