craft exchange thread!

This thread has officially made me pick up crocheting. Can't wait till I can make hats!

I just wish I did something crafty enough to join in. As it stands my skills involve fire or henna, none of which is easily mailable. LoL

I'll have to get me arse in gear and post some pics of all the things I have been sewing...I'll fill this whole stinkin forum up with them there's so many....
I crochet almost anything, I'm still working on my tam abilities, though. I made an awesome one yesterday with a cute flower (I'll post pics later lol)
I also sew apron tops, skirts, messenger bags (love making those...just made another one I'm in love with lol!), wrap pants, shirred dresses and shirts

 

Sorry I've been absent, I was fighting some weird stomach bug, the details of which I will spare you all. I received my collage from dreadlochness, but I've not yet finished your bag! I will try to get workign on that this week, I spent my sick time crocheting, and came up with a nifty pattern for a snood though, if anyone wants to trade for one.

I had a trade with someone for a headwrap, but I forgot who it was, send me a message!

Catch me in about a month! I just made my very first bandanna. It's a little rough around the edges but I figure in a month or so, I may be skilled enough to give away something a little more quality.

wooooo hooo! i got my hat in the mail, from katie i cant show pictures, but take my word for it... its awsome. i wore it all weekend up in the mountains because its getting chilly. Thankyouuuuuuuuuuu! would any one else like to make a trade?

Okay, I have Katie's bag done, just have to put a strap on it, and I have wanderin blues' snood done too. So I just have to make a couple of pads and I can start sending.

 

rye, i got your package today! i absolutely LOVE the beads. they are the perfect size for my dreads, which are kind of on the small side. the headband is a great color and the buttons are so cute. thank you so much!

sorry, it's been a bit crazy with me lately. i'm working 60 hours a week before the commute, so i haven't the time to make anything or take pictures. i should be much more free in a week or two!
