only 3 minutes if anyone wants a wants a look......

i mean come on ya bastards...i look at your shitty videos so you look at mine...that's how it works here lol...

^^^ I've tried to watch your video, Rolling but its just black and won't even give me a twirling circle.

Besides I'm truly interested in making gravy any other way than to use flour with the grease and leavings left behind when cooking meat.

Of course I've heard of adding cream of (whatever) soup to the mixture for a richer gravy...but I'm sort of doubting that is what you are talking about.

OK before I clicked post I tried one more time...and from my end it is a solid black box.

One show I'm not all excited about is "Scorpion"...its the group of geniuses that solve crimes for the gov't (and whoever else can get in touch with them...but its mostly the gov't).

So since it doesn't thrill me, I'm expecting a flood of people telling what a great and wonderful show it is. lol

its reducing...turkey had lemon and onion inside and carrots and celery underneath cooking.....butter under skin method for turkey.....you take the stuff out from in the turkey and into the gravy pan it goes with celery and carrots...turkey was draped in bacon so chop that and in it goes...he ised some fancy apple cider..i used apple juice....he used tomatos to thicken....i left that out and added chicken stock...so does he...rosemary....cook.....mash....reduce and sieve :)

Truly I must give you big credit for cooking like that. My goodness!!! I'm not a shabby cook...but I never (never EVER) cook like that.

    I am seriously impressed!

Too bad we don't have any emoticons but those faces. lol

I was waiting for Rolling to answer...but I do know what reducing is...it is when you let the liquid (with all the stuff Rolling described being in the turkey) keep simmering or lightly boiling until you feel it has gotten to the right consistency...it greatly enhances or intensifies the flavor of what you're reducing

turkey was average but the gravy is a winner......after you strain all the fixins out of the gravy you give all that to the dog....

its strange that i tried to give the dog the raw heart...i thought he would gobble it up but he wouldn't touch it

You should have added the heart and jiblets to your gravy when it was reducing, bet he would have eaten them then!

hearts and gizzard always get ground into the stuffing in my family

usually some is added (chicken hearts, sausage, neck meat, celery, potatoes) to make it a real meaty stuffing instead of gross bread stuffing that people eat

Well this was a lovely anniversary day. :) 16 years.
Bacon and eggs on Italian bread toast, free meal from my coffee wench. Wine tasting tour and wine bar. Adult shopping. We tried a new pizza place for dinner, like proper pizza not cheap nasty. Then fire drum and pool practice, adult fun, quick nap, now chasing Wednesday. :)
