Oh if only that were true.
If I believe I will fly when I jump off a roof while intoxicated on LSD, will I ?
    Maybe in my mind lol
LSD causes problems on its own, no matter what you will to happen. You can have problems and choose to view them in a positive light, but that does not mean that the problems simply wont arise becuase you dont want them to.
btwguy, soaring eagle has more trips under his belt than 99% of this forums visitors. I wouldnt be so quick to dismiss his point of view as paranoid.

i am sure you are speaking from experience so i will believe you.

allow me to point out that because you believe that lsd causes problems on its own you actually make it so - at least with your experience.

    poor fool.

    What a nice guy lol
So LSD cant cause problems unless you make it so?
Ok, you must be the infalliable genius here. No other points of view to be considered. How to even argue with one so delusional? I geuss its impossible. I'll just go away and be a poor fool by myself haha

yeah, exactly. nah, i dont think im crazy, i used to, but not now. maybe just strange
like someone said thier visions alot of people proababl have but dont admit to.
tho it scares me somtimes, today for instance, driving around with my friends, there was proabably at least 3 instances where i id imagined that. as i pulled up to the lights id just plowed everyone down. and it scared me, that i was controlling the car, cause i feels like you could do it in the right state of mind. then after droppin my friend off at the video store, i came back around and he crossed the road, and again, awfull, infact i fumbled with the brake. just totaly out of mind. motor bike flies past, i think i couldve just killed him if i turned a lil. but its like what will happen if i proceed to run down those folk, is it real. thats the state of mind. real, people do crazy things cause real has no meaning
    ha, nah, im sane.

To Peter Popper: Those that tell you that lsd causes problems should DEFINATELY not do it & don't understand the whole reason lsd came into existence--hence them having problems with it. Also, my guess is the "problems" they believe they have are caused by an internal mal-frequency & the acid would make their awareness of it heightened. Acid is easy to blame however, blaming the acid keeps them from going within to heal whatever it was that is ALREADY INHERANT in them to begin with. Therefore, my advice to you is to ignore their misinformation. its stemming from deep seeded denial. i was relieved to see your posts saying that you know you are sane--i believe you are.
These scary thoughts/visions...i believe you are being introduced to your shadow self. My intuition is that you may have experienced or been a part of these visions etc in a past life and there are lingering remnants of that vibration inside you (likely so you can heal/transcend that in this life) maybe its part of your intended experience in this incarnation (to rise above lustful/violent energy)

My advice is to study Chakras. This sounds like a kundalini issue, or dysfunction in your root chakra. once you get the flow of energy running through you balanced, and understand & embrace the shadow self within you...you will transcend these tendencies...like porn, alcohol, violent images etc...putting these things away will be as easy and just like putting a toy that you have outgrown on the shelf.

What's interesting about this is that it really makes you a more alert and aware driver, because you are able to visualize the potential destruction that you could cause. You are a good person, so you will not make the decision to just hit somebody. Whenever I'm at the top of a tall structure, I always visualise how easy it would be to just jump, though I'm not remotely suicidal. I pull myself away from the ledge, while thinking about the whole process, jumping, landing, quick, sharp pain, then death. I never jump though.

Acid has taught me that death is an illusion. We never die, all things come to pass in infinite density, while manipulating the god senses of our yander years.

What lies in the soul is what we need to do to receive eternal bliss. We need to crack the code of neuroscience and figure out what acid does on the body. Then we need to create a cybernetic mind in order to put the god conscious in. Then we will fuse and remain high forever in a stoned orgy of infinite being, infinite consciousness, and infinite bliss.

Imagine using technology to eliminate death and create an ultimate euphoric mind!! They say nirvana is infinite bliss. In other words the means of achieving infinite nirvana are close at hand!

i think he meant something that would keep you in a psychedelic type trip forever. i think the word machine has thrown you off. the machine would only be creating an experience that was like an acid trip. pretty far out but interesting none the less. our mind is no different then a machine or computer in a lot of ways. he is talking about manipulating our minds with cybernetic stuff... i would wonder about the consequences. but an interesting idea that i have wondered about myself.

i've wondered that too in a way, but more like what if there was a medicine that kept us alive forever... but that would just go really wrong i think. besides, death is there for a reason

if death didnt exist, nothing would live. If you think about how big the universe is, death is less then a pinprick of all that has been. i can understand why dying a slow painful death is feared, but when i think about death which is often enough, i only hope to experience life the same way i experience death, and i think thats a good way to go about it.

i think death is the worst thing that could ever happen to me.

i also have thoughts like peters

i dissagree that it has anything to do with people not admitting to having these thoughts. i think having problems with this sort of thought involves people finding these thoughts strange and ruminating about them (thinking about the fact that they are thinking the bad things). when you think about thinking about something, that thought will haunt you. because it is always there, it is a thought, it goes wherever you go from the moment you concieve it.

and i think most people do not immediately relate because various people simply do not tend to feel connected to these thoughts. when i have them, i consider them and then i try to dissolve whatever it was that got me thinking it so that the thought doesnt come back. i dont try to think about the fact that ive had them because this simply makes me imagine more bad things. instead it is more spending some time with the negative images and working out what theme it is that keeps recurring, then setting sight somewhere else and eventually forgetting about it. for peter, this may be the theme of being able to cause great pain and suffering to others when in positions of power. and great pain and suffering to one's self when not in power.

i have the most sick thoughts when i am stoned and masturbating. my imagination draws out every aspect of what im thinking about that is disgusting or aversive. in trying to actively avoid these images, i end up thinking about what i am trying to avoid, thus perpetuating the cycle until i stop thinking about what im trying NOT to think, and start thinking about what im trying TO think. eventually i finnish what im doing, despite bouts of disgusting images.

i should never have seen tubgirl
