Dec. 8 marks the aniversairy of a long lost friend of all...

John Lennon is and has been the single biggest influence in and on my life.

If I had all black, or all white, that's what I would wear... but I have neither, so I will continue to grow my hair long and continue to play music, in his honor.

 

I love John. I really do. And even though I was born two years after he died, I still feel him.... he's just that powerful. I love his quirky sense of humour, I love his blatent honesty, I love his humanity, and the fact that he knew he wasn't perfect. I love that he played his music not just with his hands, but with his soul. And even though he left far too early, I'm grateful he left us messages of peace, and words of wisdom to help us along the way. My heart goes out to Yoko tomorrow, and to Sean and Julian as well. I wonder what Chapman will be thinking about tomorrow.
