I'm anticipating going to a new Buddhist group tonight.New to me anyway.Was pleased to get call from my ex-girlfriend.Feeling better than I have for some time.Partly on a account of letting go of remorse for previous mistakes.

My cousin Sam and his wife have just given birth to a healthy baby boy called "Barnabus".I guess he'll get called Barney pretty soon...So something to feel good about.
