I agree with noela. you would look good with a few more inches, so that it's a bit shaggy. your bangs are a good length but the back and sides should be longer, so that the ends flip out a bit. don't go any longer than that though.

 

I think you're perfectly attractive the way you are. You've got great eyes.

I'm very bias and always say, grow it out.
