this is really messed up shit.

he will either kill himself while awaiting court or he will plead insanity and get to sit in some nice medical facility playing games until a doctor determines him sane enough to understand and help in his own defense. sick fucker.

Most buses have camera's on the inside of the bus, so i am sure they will see exactly what happened.

I dont know what I would do in a situation like this. If the poor kid was getting stabbed in the neck more than likely he may been killed instantly. In this case, (and I dont mean to sound harsh) but I hope he did.

I see a lot of this type of thing at work and its hard at times to defend people like this. although, we have not had one quite this bad. (thank goodness)

we have a case right now where some gangbanger shot a 16 year old kid under the right arm. At first I was like damn, i hope he just didnt lay there dying in pain especially being so young. After reading the autopsy report it was considered an instant fatal wound as it traveled through his heart. for some reason it made me feel better knowing that he didnt lay there dying in pain. Ya, its sad. I met his family and they know the guy my boss is defending wasnt the trigger man.

what really sucks is that the victims twin brother is now accused of shooting and killing some gangbanger. and then their son that is still around has been shot at. Just sucks.
