I know this thread is 6 months old but saw the OP posted this as a link a few days ago on another thread so i'm bumping it.

What all did you do to make the mimosa brew?? I read the brew on erowid, is it similar. I ordered syrian rue seeds and mimosa hostilis root bark powder (bouncing bear and hearbal fire were OUT OF STOCK of the actual root bark as was everyone else) so all I could find was the powdered root bark.

I have never taken ayahuasca or DMT before but have been reading and talking to people who have for months now, I dont like to start a new experience like this without thoroughly researching and understanding (even though im positive that I will not be able to fully understand until my mind has had the experience). What would be a good first dose. I have psychedelic experiences under my belt but am still completely new to ayahuasca and DMT.

I will be doing a DMT extraction which is like 35-45 days with the root bark but will be setting some aside to make an ayahuasca brew as I would like the experience. How much do you think I should put aside?

Thanks in advance, Its good to be back on the forums :)

    Peace & Love

When I did it I used mimosa hostilis and syrian rue seeds, just like what you have. I also used powdered root bark; no need to grind it for preparation.

I think you should save some depending on how you like your trips.
I would say 5-10g is a bit on the easy side, 15-20g is where it starts to get a little stronger.
