I am subject first and only to my biology. If I am throwing up, you all can figure it out for yourselves as I would not be in the mood to discuss it. Where there is vitality however, there is forever hope. At the same time nothing compels us so brutality as our own aversions and we can never exceed boundaries that we accept. Being free is being able to pick up and lay down at will, your own compulsions. Any thing less is forever in contention. Governments are like weather, an environmental condition. We are not owned by conditions but we immerse ourselves in them and even look for those which are abstractly conceived. Claim all nature your home and you are supported on every front. Nature gives equal representation for what it collects from your investments. Nature is equal to the way you regard it. Governments really just want your money. Pay your taxes, they will leave you alone. You can lessen your tax burden the more you engage nature on an equal basis. That means pick up and dispose of or recycle your own shit, don't count on garbage service. It also means do not accumulate material, again the government just wants your money, a cut always of your industry. Consume only that which is necessary for health and super abundance, the real commodity of being alive, becomes apparent. I think the greatest oppression we suffer in any instance, is in not recognizing the the value of being alive.
The most obvious flaw of this, off the top of my head, is that 'bench' is not the word for 'bank'. The latin word for 'bank' is argentaria (money in latin is the word 'argentum'). Considering the flowing of non sequiturs and wild claims, I tend to think most of the rest of it is rubbish as well. Decided to look up the etymology of the word bank; and it does seem to have a connection with the word bench, although Latin has nothing to do with it: Etymology 1 From the Old High German banc, bank ("height"), from a Germanic root *banki-. Related to the Old Saxon bank. [edit] Pronunciation IPA: [baŋk], plural: IPA: [ˈbɛŋkə] Rhymes: -aŋk [edit] Noun Bank f (genitive Bank, plural Bänke) 1.bench (which people sit on); workbench (which things can be set down on); pew 2.a collection of material in a body of water: Sandbank — sandbank Korallenbank — coral reef Austernbank — bed of oysters 3.bank: Wolkenbank — cloudbank Nebelbank — (bank of, belt of) fog 4.(soccer) substitutes' bench
I'd forgoten all about it to be honest. I knew PR had probably written about it before though. It's interesting to read both sides. But yeah, these days I tend to think most of it is rubbish. I like this bit: 'Because you are born from your mother's water, you are hence a MARITIME ADMIRALTY PRODUCT and thus you are owned by the international banks.' It is an honorable enrichment only, not an integral part of the flag. As it is attached on the edge, it does not "deface" the flag which therefore remains the Stars and Stripes of the US (as per the opinion of the US Attorney General in 1925). The fringe is used only inside or on a staff when carried outside by a bearer, it is never flown from a staff or pole outside (the fringe would fray). As there is no wind to move a flag when inside, the gold fringe adds an element of "prettiness", nothing more. The US is indeed prone to having a fringe more than other countries but most national flags have a fringe in some circumstances and no other country attributes any meaning to the fringe except that it looks better. There are many posts that posit the theory that the fringe represents martial or admiralty law. However there is no law, decree, order or other legally enforceable proclamation that mentions the fringe, either to prescribe or proscribe its use. Many quote Executive Order 10834 (under President Eisenhower) however this is a public document available in full on the Internet (try the US Archives) and a review will show no mention of a fringe at all. US Army Orders (840-10) do make the use of the fringe obligatory inside, but these apply to the US Army only. The law that defines the flag and its use is USC Title 4 Chapter 1 - again a public document whose provisions are enforceable in a federal court. There is nothing that says that a civilian or civilian organisation may not fly a flag with a gold fringe. Strangely, although admiralty law applies to ships, the fringe is never flown on a ship, surely an inconsistency. GOLD FRINGED FLAG The flags displayed in State courts and courts of the United States have gold or yellow fringes. That is your WARNING that you are entering into a foreign enclave, the same as if you are stepping into a foreign embassy and you will be under the jurisdiction of that flag. The flag with the gold or yellow fringe has no constitution, no laws, and no rules of court, and is not recognized by any nation on the earth, and is foreign to you and the United States of America. MILITARY FLAG WITH THE GOLD FRINGE Martial Law Flag "Pursuant to 4 U.S.C. chapter 1, §§1, 2, & 3; Executive Order 10834, August 21, 1959; 24 F.R.6865; a military flag is a flag that resembles the regular flag of the United States, except that it has a YELLOW FRINGE border on three sides. The President of the United States designates this deviation from the regular flag, by executive order, and in his capacity as Commander-in-Chief of the military. The placing of a fringe on the national flag, the dimensions of the flag and the arrangement of the stars in the union are matters of detail not controlled by statute, but are within the discretion of the President as Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy." 34 Ops. Atty. Gen. 83. President, Dwight David Eisenhower, by Executive Order No.10834, signed on August 21, 1959 and printed in the Federal Register at 24 F.R. 6865, pursuant to law, stated that: "A military flag is a flag that resembles the regular flag of the United States, except that it has a yellow fringe border on three sides." Attorney General of the United States said in a 1925 opinion: "In flag manufacture a fringe is not considered to be part of the flag, and it is without heraldic significance . . . The fringe does not appear to be regarded as an integral part of the flag, and its presence can not be said to constitute an unauthorized addition to the design prescribed by statute." (34 US Op. Atty. Gen 483, 1925) "It is customary to place a gold fringe on silken (rayon-silk-nylon) National flags that are carried in parades, used in official ceremonies, and displayed in offices, merely to enhance the beauty of the flag. The use of fringe is not restricted to the Federal Government. Such flags are used and displayed by our Armed Forces, veterans, civic and civilian organizations and private individuals." Please, read 4USC Ch. 1 and Executive Order 10834. When you do, you will find that this quotation is fake -- it does not appear in either of these documents. Neither of them says anything at all about fringes or martial law.
