We used to go in Walmart at like 4 am Friday night when I was in college and walk around and laugh at shit. But we were a bunch of tweakers then. Everybody looked at us like we were freaks. We were, but it was kind of a good time, if there was nothing else to do.
hoiley crap walmart has invaded the hip forums as well, were not only shopping at a store that DESTROYS mom and pop shops, wipoes out the "downtown" of towns and villiages and replaces them with minimum wage and generic brand CRAP.... now were posting threads on walmart... but yeah I park my buses in there parking lots, ol wally was an RV'r....but there hemp for a bit but its knotrty and has really shit bulges in it. turkish crap
Dude youre kind of exaggerating the situation, It's almost like a guy on South Park going off, LMAO. Seriously what Mom and pop shops are you talking about, grocery stores? Clothes stores? Electronic stores? Many of these places dont offer a higher wage then the minimum, youre not going to get much in retail. And their stuff isnt all generic. Youre generalizing like an uninformed hippy. LOL. Also Ive seen the exact same hemp they have in a holistic store with crystals and wind chimes. Youd probably like that much better wouldnt you? Wal mart is the Antichrist.. Oh help me god.. Also I'm sure very few towns have had their entire downtown taken out by a Wal Mart
We aint got no Wal-mart where I rest my head at night. Nope, we gots ourselves a reallllll fine Pa-mi-da. Pamida. Hoooorrraaahhh. Oh yeaaaahhhh. Basically what I'm trying to convey is this: you want to see real characters? Go to Pamida. They belong only in small trashy towns. They make Wal-Mart look like the God of retail in comparison. I love it, especially the apparel. Go to Pamida if you want a shirt of the USA flag made out of denim---made in China. Do it quickly; they sell out like hotcakes.
You forgot to mention the turbo exhaust noise makers that wake everyone up at 3am. The boom-boom car stereo thing goes back to the 70s. People used to put whistles in the exhaust pipe too. I shouldn't have mentioned it. Now it will probably become a nationwide fad again. Not much has changed in the past 30 years in the U.S. as far as fads go. We might as well go back to disco. .
Am I the only one who used to take ecstasy and go to Wal-Mart really late at night and talk to the weirdos inside?
Never lived close enough to one.. We did once take X and go on a bike ride all over town at 3 am,including a long stop at a convenience store... i bet i woulda went to wally world if it ws nearby.
You know, I was waiting to ge this job back in my hometown. This was like 4 years ago. And before I got it, I had to start a job at night in walmart. Only their for about 2 weeks. I saw several people wandering around, looking at like creamy and crunchy peanut butter. Going back and forth, and they had to be like seriously debating it in their mind for 20 minutes. Talking to themselves, weighing the pro's and cons. It was hilarious.
Ive taken too manyl xanex and grand marnier shots and gone to walmart at 3 am. blacked out, and woke up the next day with $200 worth of the travel size toiletries, two umbrellas, twine and two bags of fiberfill.
One day, my friends and I saw terrorists at Wal-Mart at 3 AM. True story. And where can I sign up to be a retard owner? They seem to make such better conversations than pets or rocks.
I read this and had to lmfao we had a Pamida in the town where I grew up. Do not buy the denim t shirt as it causes one to have red neck flash backs.....
The lady we have hired up at work to clean the dining room and help customers in the dining room after they've ordered and received their food has a mentally handicapped son who I went to school with. He's 22 and gets dropped off by public transit every day because she gets off work either right before he gets there or soon afterwards. Anyway, he's got the mentality of a 3 year old, estimated, and he likes to talk to himself to quell his boredom. I get the biggest kick out of listening to him while he's waiting on his mom to get off. I don't respond, though, he's kind of mean, lol.
Dude that's awesome, we have a lot of Pamidas around here, they are kinda wierd n fun to go into. We also have Alcos, they are about the same as a Pamida. And Dollar stores. I've seen stuff on tv about wal-mart, and they say it will come into a town and undercut all the small stores til it puts them out of business, and then raise its prices. I don't like Walmart, it's always swamped and the people that work at the Walmart closest to us (about 50 miles away), most of them are either stupid or they don't want to help you. If I have to go to a store like that, I will go to K-mart or Target if I have that option, as they are generally not as busy. This paricular walmart has a bar rush (we have been there at like 1 am and seen it). We own a small business and I would have to say that I would not relish the idea of a walmart coming here, but our town is too small to have to worry about it. The walmart in the town I went to college was new and pretty nice, we used to go in there messed up in the middle of the night all the time.
