I know how to, but I don't too often. I bake a lot though. I make a lot of healthier frozen food for dinner (enjoying Trader Joe's while we still live within dirving distance of one lol), and then bake something every couple of days to eat for breakfast and snacks using agave and lots of fruit, nuts and wholegrains and whole wheat flour.
how isn't there one in socal? they were founded in monrovia california, which, I think is norcal, but, I mean, you should have it too!
I adore cooking. I make some crab etouffee that's pretty impressive, some really awesome soups, and I honestly think I cook some of the best the best pizza's that I've ever eaten. I need to get a few new recipes and really make 'em Spencer. But yeah, love it.
We're moving to central california. A small town with only a few thousand. Sicne I quit my job to concentrate more on my hobbies and finding myself and starting a family, we decided to move to Lemoore and not Fresno because of the cost of living. Andy still wants to move to Fresno adn do the commute and buy a house, but I just thinkt he commute is impractical when I am workign at home. Plus, it's not safe for him with how long he works. SOmetimes he's at work for 24 horas.
my family loves my cooking, but they are also ungrateful jerks who complain when i make tofu(im the only veggie in the house). i cook for my dates. one time i even cooked a four course meal of marijuana delectables. salad with hash oil and vinegar dressing pasta with thc marinara chicken parm with marijuana parmesan and space cookies. it was all gone in about 20minutes
Cooking your own food at home is soooo much cheaper. If you're any good at it, it's tastier too. I cook things to taste. I'll even take a recipe and substitute things, eyeball the ingredients instead of measuring. I do well with it. I really enjoy cooking. Although, the last time I cooked dinner for someone, I kinda cheated because grilling bbq'd anything is pretty easy.
I'm not horrable at cooking. My mom's way of 'teaching' me to cook was to have me sturr something while she walked off. I learned a lot of the basics from watching Good Eats and my wife who was a profesional chef has taught me a lot.
Yeah, he won't let me. Also, we might be saving 40k on a house buying in Fresno, instead of Lemoore, but the cost of gas on his V8 Cadi will make up for it as will his desire for a new one if it concks out from all the mileage. The homes is Fresno are so much cooler though. really old. The one we had our heart set on has a Koi pond and built in brick barbeque. It was a 1920's dramatic tudor, with the poitns and brick path and all that. Broke my heart when we didn;t get it. It's tempting to be selfish and give in and get a cool house in Fresno. But, I know Andy will regret it a year or two later when the novelty wears off.
I love baking savory things durign the winter. It just doesn't seem to fit durign the summer. Are you doing Americorps this year? i thought I asked you in this thread already, but looked back and hadn't.
I heard about the new 10 years of service and all of your loans are absolved... makes me reconsider whether or not I want to work for myself.
I like to bake with hash. It gives things a nutty flavor. I don;t like the taste of cannibutter made wiht buds. I've always wanted to make pot baklava. What are space cookies? I imagine marijuana would taste awesoem and very herbal on a salad.
