do you eat from taco trucks?

I haven't in a while, but it's really good food. I've had the best asado I've ever had from a taco truck.

 

There was one I used to go to in LA, they don't have them where I live now.

 

this is crazy because i have never heard of not having taco trucks. how weird. there everywhere in california. they are run by mexicans and park on street corners where you go and buy food. the food looks pretty disgusting to me, yet i know a lot of people who swear its great.

Until now, I have never in my life seen, or even heard of a taco truck in my neck of the woods! But I sure as heck wouldn't eat anything from one. I won't even let my kids get anything from the ice cream truck. If they want ice cream, we go to the store, or the local ice cream shop and get them some.

 

The only kind of taco I would eat is the vertical variety.

 

Way to deprive yer kid of a childhood dream...

I know i know they tack a quarter on for that gleam in yer kids eye when they here the music comin thru the neighborhood,, how could ya justify such capitolism...

 

ice cream truck was awesome. i remember when a ice cream with jimmies was .90 cents. now its like $3.00 for the same thing.

Um, no, they don't sell the same kinds of ice cream at the store as they do on the ice cream truck. At least where I live. Besides, the quality is horrendous. It looks like it has been in the freezer for entirely too long. Sticky wrappers, freezer-burned. No thanks.

I only had ice cream from an ice cream truck maybe twice in my life, and I feel far from deprived. I was much happier to accompany my parents to the local homemade ice cream shop where I would pick from what seemed in a child's eyes an endless variety of flavors, then get to sit down at the park bench with my ice cream in hand, enjoying the warm summer evening with my family.
