im in university, so you can every so often see people behind building or in not-so-frequented areas lighting up.
one time me and my friends were drivin around smokin a bowl and some guy pulls up to us at a red light, rolls down his window, and asks us 'where all the good drugs at?!?' and my friend held up the bowl and the dude asks to hit it and he said he'd give it right back, so we gave it to him, he ripped it, then gave it back....hahahahahaha funniest thing ever
When I lived in California seeing people toke openly was an everyday thing - that's how I first fell in love with the California lifestyle, but it's not so open in southern Georgia. I rarely, if ever, see people smoking openly down here. But every once in a while on the highway I spot someone blazin. The laws and social rules are different every where you go.
its not really social rules...more social acceptance i think, around here nearly everyone smokes but youd never know unless your friends with them so its a pretty secretive system here but you always catch the odd stoner hanging out of a window with a J. A few people are pretty well known though, as with every town
