i just knocked out 30 pull ups in one go just to see how many i could do. i usually do 15 reps in a set. i dont feel too well cos i been sick, i bet i could do more otherwise.
I walk my dog all the time. I usually do like an 8 mile hike once a week. This is embarrassing, but I've been doing zumba once a week and I don't think I've ever been in better shape because of it. I'm a retardedly active person in general. I don't really need to make a point to exercise because I always end up dancing around the house or doing some stupid shit that works me out without seeming like a work out. If I had a penis, it would be larger than all you little bitches.
I basically consider meditation a physical exercise (posture and breathing) so I'll throw that in there. Yesterday evening I jogged 8km, today I stretched. I exercise 4-5 times a week, one hour each day. I take 2:30 hour walks, jog, 100 burpees, 200 crunches. And I try to alternate muscle groups, and anaerobic and aerobic exercise. Still envy Swartzshnegger...
I do not call it exercise as that would take all the fun out of it. I walk daily, swim, do 1.5 hours of yoga daily, garden, yard work, work, look after 8 dogs and two teenagers and tend not to sit still for long. So am I fit, I think reasonably so. Could I do a marathon, no.
At least in the neighbourhood of 20 hours a week, not counting whatever time I spent falling/bucking trees, digging guard, or carrying shit through the bush.
I try and walk on the elliptical eveyday. I have been out of town so I have not done it in a long while, I did a crap load of walking around on my trip.
