Sure. I exercise everyday, eat well, sleep well, and am generally a low stress person.

Yes, considering things that I can not control or change.

I eat a very balanced diet, exercise, sleep, meditate. I rarely consume anything other than in moderation.

So, I would say yes. :)

I run a lot and don't drink or smoke, but I'm a complete caffeine junkie and my diet could use some work.

Today I feel relatively healthy. Yesterday, I did pretty good. The day before, I ate all the junk food in my house. :(
I'm trying to get back into exercising again. My aunt found some rad workout videos (yes, videos as in vhs tapes) in her basement, including the Jane Fonda workout, and I totally rocked that shit out. When school starts again, I'll have free access to a gym, so I'll be able to get back into some real cardio, which I need to do, since I am apparently running a 5k in June (fiance is basically forcing me). So, I guess, whether I want to or not, I will have to shape up in the next few months. Or I'll fatass it and walk. Whatever. :p
I believe in living your life, and enjoying it. There are certain things we should probably let go of to improve it, though, and OP, you've got the right idea. I like my nightly glass of wine, too (preferably sake, but I'm kind of odd). Moderation is key! :)
Congrats on kicking the cigs, though. Anyone who manages that has my respect. I hear it's a royal pain in the ass.

Staying on top of exercise everyday is very very difficult. Unless you are a junkie for health. =/

Its getting started that is tough, and keeping with it. Its different for everyone but it seems that most have a hard time staying with it.

    Just my opinion

I don't feel healthy unless I do something physical. Right after that I always feel better. As a college student drinking is in the weekly regimen. I know it's really bad on my liver. I'm interested to know if there is a diet especially good for the liver. Any ideas?

The only single way I can exercise with motivation is snowboarding, and mt biking to a lesser extent. And of course labor work, but thats gay I only did that a couple times tho.
I have been smoking for 8 months, and I quit, they make you feel less healthy, but I am addicted to molers (mixing weed and tobacco in a bong) I am sure doesn't help, but I feel fine. I think it is better than cigs because it filters it really good. On the other hand, you take fat hits of it so I'm not sure how bad it is. Cigs make me feel worse tho by far. I realize I am supposed to do daily exercise, so sometimes do 50 jumping jacks just for the sake of health. It makes you feel like a slave to your own body though, which I hate, just like jerkin it and needing food.
I have always wanted to live to 100 tho, that would be badass if I took molers every day and ended up that old.

and LOTs of water. When i exercise i do the best i can to at least break a sweat. I feel like i acomplished something since its hard for me to sweat in general.

    Water though is key.

I've never been this healthy or felt this good in my life. I've lived with major pain my entire life, have fibromyalgia, been overweight, lots of depression. But a friend introduced me to herbalife and ever since I started on that I noticed a difference first in my energy levels... WOW ... my moods improved, and I started losing weight ... :groupwave: wooohooo !!!! then I noticed I wasnt taking as much of my meds anymore because my pain levels decreased ... another wooohooo !!!!!
I didnt think I could lose the weight and had so many health problems that I thought it was just too late for me, but it was soooo easy, and without exercising... even though now i do exercise, and I feel great when I do, I love it ..
went from 195 lbs now down to 155 ... :groupwave: .... wooohooo, only 30 more pounds to go til I get back to my normal weight.....

so to answer the question... how healthy do you feel???

    i feel GREAT !!!!!!!! :hurray::party:
