Everyone has there own path and their own tools. Just do you. Arguing this point is pointless because you're speaking to a forum of individuals who are turned on and understand, and who have mostly changed for the better either way. Not to mention, you are speaking as if after LSD the journey or spiritual path has ended, and all the lessons have been learned. This is incorrect, the journey never stops. There is no cheat to life, this is ignorance.

But like I said, arguing this is undoubtedly pointless from one human being on a spiritual path to another.

so what about the legitimacy of lsd being used as a catalyst for spiritual growth? should we really interupt the natural order of things? or should we push the envelope as much as possible with the time we are given?

 

LSD is a trip, you go and you come back. You can see whats on the other side, but then you have to come back. What the buddha did was become the other side, he changed his whole being to be in tune with that which is. The mixture of both LSD and real spiritual meditation, along with the changing of ones being towards love will bring true enlightenment. LSD is like a master, it can only guide you so far, the rest is up to you.
