Why? It is just like rebuking a female advance that you are not interested in. It seems to be giving the exact signlas you would want, in a polite manner. Kicking the shit out of somebody for asking if you are interested, seems more like the wrong signals. Signals saying you are a homophobic ****.
I've had gays come on to me.A polite no thanks works quite well.Real flamers are kind of embarassing to be around for me.I guess I just don't get why someone would have to act that way.But I don't dislike them for it.
Black people seem to have more issues with homosexuals than white people. In Washington DC the city council voted to recognize same sex marriages performed elsewhere, the first step toward legalization of same sex marriages in the District. Most of the African American churches in DC, Maryland and Virginia are all up in arms about it.
First of all, it's kind of egotistical to assume they're looking at you that way. Secondly, gays are way pickier than women, you should be flattered that a guy guy finds you hot, it means you really are. Thirdly, don't you think a woman being uncomfortable around you because of what you might be thinking would sort of make her a bitch? So, why is it any different if you are so hung up on being all millitant about someone passively giving you unwanted attention?
Women are prepared for unwanted advances (from either sex) and have come to accept them; but as men we’re ill prepared when the advance is offered by another male. Anthropologically other males are our competition for females; homosexuals however they take away and lower our overall competitive edge Hotwater
Why do you suppose men are so slow to be prepared, when women manage just fine? What?! That makes absolutely no sense. If men are competetive with other males for females, then you should be happy when there are men who take themselves out of the competition. That's more women for you. Men's "overall competetive edge" is a bad thing for individual men.
In that aspect you’re wrong; the more competition among breeding males the better and eventually deeper and more stable the gene pool Hotwater
I don't think animals remove themselves from the gene pool for either of those reasons. I think it is to maintain a stable No. within the pack.
