normally I pay them on time, or at the most a couple of days late. But this month i've put off paying the Con Ed bill cuz I wanted to spend money on other shit. Bad habit to get into.

I may have forgotten a utility bill once or twice, but for the most part I pay them all on time. I also pay the entire amount on my credit card every month, no way I'm paying that ridiculous interest rate. I pay them off with my low-interest line of credit if I don't have the cash at the time.

always. though generally i avoid having any as much as it is possible to do so.

i refuse to indenture myself to credit. i'd rather go without crap i don't need anyway, then to owe anyone anything. sorry if that makes me ideologically offensive to the ambient culture and power structure.

I do not have a credit card. I prepay my utilities. I have a prepay phone. I have a direct debit for my broadband. I pay my rent on time.

Always on time... I then know exactly how much cash i have to play with :)

Oh, and i dont have a credit card, only debit, with no over draft! My mortgage is on 1st day of the month, along with everything else...

Why? For me, it's because I tend to want to see how much money I'm going to have before I pay for stuff. I guess I like to have a certain amount of money and if I'm not sure I'm going to have that much money, I prioritize by spending on certain things and try to make some more money before I pay bills that I feel aren't as important. I tend to wait until the end of the month to pay for stuff.

My credit score isn't bad but it's not as good as I'd like it to be. I plan on working on it this upcoming year.
