I have been on here since 2001, but left for a few years and got treated like a noob when I came back around 2011.

 

They must have been using it for a long time...moonglow has been here quite a while.

Thats an extremely long time to go without an ass

 

It wasn't that long ago even though it seems like forever but I was also jumped on it grand style. Learned real quick who the good people were and still feel the same way about them. They know who they are.

Have met and made some really good friends on here, some who always know just what to say and know where to lead someone who is looking for help.

We have lost a few good ones, some have left this old earth and others just left HF.

 

I remember it well. It only seems like it's been weeks ago.

 

I remember the time I was posting just in the specific subforums (mainly music and philosophy/relgion I guess) and not in random thoughts. I wasn't a newbie anymore but did not really communicate a lot on a personal level. But I don't recall the time I was a newbie here very well anymore (it was over 10 years ago)

 

I was an instant hit when I joined the Hipfora. Girls were all over me and guys were always sucking up to me to get on my good side.

 

How things have changed...

 

Indeed, most people that come here now are not as fun as the original crew.
