Americans chew their words and bastardized the English language... Ain't is actually in the dictionary, nowadays. Y'all are a buncha damn hippies... Not sayin' it's a bad thing. wtf?!?
Whoever they are, most likely contradicted if they're from the US and against the Bush Administration due to the fact that the Bush Administration attacks anyone who disagrees with them. L'un ou l'autre qui ou eux sont juste un grand gros poopiehead.
Hehe, well you mean when they MAKE grammar mistakes, not 'when they DOES grammar mistakes', right? And you mean better than THEM, not better than THEN, no? and you mean a couple of YEARS, right? not a couple of YEAR? And YOU, not 'u', correct? oh and you forgot one of those things (') in the 'im' at the beginning of your scentece! ah man..haha! see, i dont even care about these things at all...but you shouldnt be all correcting people if you cant write perfect urself either, dontcha think? plus, its the frickin internet..why waste time trying to write like your doing a college english exam essay when ur jus on the comp?! haha! besides, why does correcting peoples language make you feel better? but i mean, thats you - so do your own thang! but along time ago, people passed stories down with speaking..not writing. as long as you get ur point across, i think! and i think teachers should focus on letting their students write their hearts out without popping in every second and correcting their mistakes and telling them they forgot some commas. but anyways, thats just me sooo yup :H and to qoute Bart from the simpsons, THAT AIN'T NOT BAD! hehe!
I'm still not exactly sure what a hippie is, but I get called one often enough, so I guess I probably am.
hey well i mean so english ISNT ur first language? and u live in italy, no? well if thats the case, i understand because i thought, if i moved to say, france, and im learning french, and alot of people always spell their words wrong, i would get kinda confused, because im trying to LEARN! sorry i thought u already knew english all perfect and u were jus truing to be a dumbass haha! well im glad u really have a passion for this language..whats that quote...oh, 'true passion demands respect' haha. so yea, i wish i spoke another language too...but i really love writing anyways! its weird u know...like when u learn a language, u learn all the 'proper' ways..then later when you REALLY KNOW it...u jus end up using slang and everything hehe, how ironic! oh, but dont take any tips from any of my posts, because i dont put any effort into spelling/grammar..even tho i CAN, i jus DONT! :H
I'm the Headiest Hippie for miles around. Aint no wooks like me in these parts. Just kidding, i dont consider myself a hippie I just like what hippies stand for.
Well, I have the longest hair of any guy in my school (dumb short hair rules...), I listen to jam bands and older rock, smoke pot, have about five t shirts, no job, no car, a pacifist, dont like killing animals (not a vegitarian but probably will be eventualy), love nature, try to be nice to everyone. One of my friends was saying how much I am a hippy, but really I dont even think of myself that way, even though alot of who I am are common 'hippy' ideas. For some reason though I can't really come out and call myself a hippy, just doesn't feel right. Maybe because hippy is just a pop buzz word or that I expect Hippy to be more of a mental state than outward actions... So no, I really wouldn't consider myself a hippy, just hippy like.
I'm a total hippie. Even the kids at school call me one! I enjoy it thoroughly. I wear a peace necklace everyday, and I converted one of my friends in to hippyism!
Why is being a hippie a stereotype? The only stereotype I can think of is what the media perceives a hippie to be - a pretty narrow-minded, one-dimensional view. You know, the drug smoker, tie-dye wearer. But, so what if you fit that stereotype? If you decided to be that way it involved your free mind and brain cells - so good on you. I would hate to see people here who don't want to be considered hippies just because there's a stereotype out there. What about what YOU think a hippie is? That's what's important, not other people's perceptions. Whatever a hippie is to you, is a hippie. I am a hippie. Thank you, and good day. *bows*
