Yes, you youngsters listen to your elders. And if you can, avoid growing old; it sucks. But so far, it beats the alternative. Shale, I get the same thing from pot. Funny thing is, I didn't always get it. It started after my first (and horrific) acid experience. Afterwards, pot always put me in that same place. Subsequent acid experiences were all good, but no pot forever after.
i partake almost every day. i'm a high strung hyper person and i use herb as a calmative. a little toke or two and i can actually sit down and feel what it's like to relax for awhile. herb is surely better than those shitty zombiefying pills the doctor wants me to use.
We'll be pasted pot when we live in a perfect world, where there is no sickness, pain, hurtness, confussion, imbalance, negitivity or guilt. Cannibis is medicine for Body, Mind and Soul. It gives us the ability to enjoy our lives without stress and the other things I have mentioned above. It should have never been placed in a harmfull light in the first place. I am OUTRAGED!! My sister has pancreatic cancer and undergoing chemo and raidation.. why cant she have the one thing that helps in so many ways..Pain, Stress, Pain, Nausea, Pain, Loss of Appitite, Pain, rest, oh, did I metion PAIN.. other states have decriminalized Cannibis. It's time all of america did the same. If we are still a democracy and our votes count, why hasn't Cannibis be decriminalized. Over 75% of citizens use or have tried Cannibis. No medical evedence has been brought foward that cannibis is harmfull to humans or other life forms on this planet. It has always been here, all over the wrold it grows freely without human care. They even ban it in religous ceramony, which is against our constitution. With Alcohol, Ciggerretts, Artificial food stuff, and 'pills' killing ppl daily, legal. What is all the fuss about Cannibis, which is beneficial. I realize that there are a lot more important issues on the table, like poverty, disease, world hunger and war. We need something to help us cope, that doesnt screw up the Body, Mind and Spirit. I know they want to break us to keep rule over us, but that is not going to happen.. we humans are a rebelous lot and we WILL have our way. I cant get rid of the feeling that there will be a revelution soon. Ppl are not going to go for the way Obama is screwing up america. The country is going to shit. We thought Bush was bad.. hummm.. Bush may have been bad.. but Obama is worse. He tried to apese us with stimulas checks and is now demanding them back ?!? Really? He is going to fine ppl that cannot afford insurance for not having any, how stupid is that?? If they cannot afford insurance will we be imprisioned in Guantonamo Bay as terroists. Will I go to prison bc I have no insurance, no job. I am permantly disable but do not quailify for disability or SSI. I am too old to train as I am two yrs from eairly retirement. I can not get knees replacement or hip replacement or expencive treatments to repair myself to work ( I dont need these yet, just saying).. will I be sent to the gas chamber without a single doob. Are we voting or sitting on our ass's. Who's running the store? Where are our lobbiests. Texans Do Not vote for Rick Perry. sh
Hear, hear, Shameless! Even if it is kept under the status of "controlled substance", doctors have the ability to prescribe many, many other controlled substances, like Morphine, Cocaine, Methadone, Speed, Vicodin, Oxycodone, etc. What makes pot so friggin' special that even doctors are not allowed to prescribe it for their patients? Many of the the things they're legally allowed to distribute are known to be addictive, but pot is not an addiction causing drug. There may be more important issues on the table, but there are none that could be so easily fixed as the issue of pot. It should be as easily attainable as walking into a convenience store and buying a pack of Marlboros, or a six-pack of Miller Lite. I think you may be right. Bush pissed off people to the point where they would have voted in a goat before they would have another Republican. There was so much Obama praise being sung, leading up to the election, that no one would listen to the negative points. I have friends who knew him, and of him, in Chicago. They knew the truth, but no one wanted to listen. He's one smooth talker, but he's not the savior everyone hoped he would be. It reminds me, in a way, of the days shortly after slavery was abolished, when people had to pay a "poll tax" in order to vote. Those who could not pay (the newly freed blacks and other "undesirables") were not allowed a say in the elections. The whole concept of penalizing people because they cannot afford to own something is draconian. Debtor's Prison is something that we in America have not had since the 1840's, but we do seem to be headed in that direction, again.
