me too good luck adn finding somone isn't a problem it's working 40 hours a week volunteering 10 and being contracted out another 10 and having to write one article a month. Hopefully I will get the job with the Y I'll just be in charge of training 148 after school care programs and licensed day cares and developing this computer program with the state and teaching or hiring somone to teach it, not running them and I would have a 1.5 million dollar bidget so I could hire whatever help I needed and would prob hire a personal assistant to run errands as Im maxed on time and dont wanna pospone my masters.
