Space is I believe going in on itself. In the end, all matter will simply implode on itself and what will be left, is a black hole and everything else will be invisible. In space, time doesn't exist. Time is strictly a manmade invention. Space is in the continuous now and everything in the now is happening fast. The age of the universe is precisely or many trillions of years old. But some might say the universe is far younger. Time is of no existence but time is the only way we can measure distance, speed and light from our nearest neighbours. To say space simply continues, would be a contradiction. In a way that space continues but it doesn't. Space continues, but the rest is invisible so strictly it isn't there. Gravity has a pattern in space. Each planet, satelite has a role to play. It is like a current and planets are the dictators. Without these planets, gravity would be out of control and the universe would simply crush. Space continues but it doesn't/ The rest is invisible strictly it isn't there. And if so, this is one of the biggest paradoxical instances in the universe. Nevertheless, time is still manmade. Distances are only relative to what you can measure with time.
You have no idea just how big the universe is. Go watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcBV-cXVWFw And this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ptdbNUtpx4
Space just bends around the mass of the universe. It is a function of mass. So it cannot just go on and on. Unless you believe that the spray of galaxies never ends. Which puts a definte end to big bang theory. An infinite universe of stars and galaxies without end, infinite. Means a universe that has always existed. You either believe that or you believe in the bang and that space is warped back on itself by the existance of mass in a finite universe. This has, however nothing to do with 'reality' Reality is the beach where our grain of sand universe exists. Reality is infinite in duration. In extension..who knows. Occam
i think space goes on forever! why would it just stop?? and out of all the planets in the universe why would we b the only planet with lifeforms on it???
Crunkville Because space only exists where mass can have influence. There is no point to [or in] space without mass. [planets stars exct.] Think of it this way. there is no space without mass. If mass is finite. so is space. No human science has ever revealed or theorised in any valid way that mass is infinite. Only that it is finite. Thus.............. Occam
Pee Wee Herman. But I jest. It may end up being that once expansion stops and it slowly collapses back at the very end of that collapse ANOTHER big bang occurs and starts a new universe. It may be how THIS universe formed for all we know.
supposedly the universe does come to end, but it is constantly expanding.. several theories claim that once it gets to a certain point where it cannot expand any larger (which could take billions of years), it will start doing the opposite it's just fucked up to think about
fuck i just posted but this stuff blows my mind... we live on this little tiny earth that is basically the size of an atom or something smaller when you scale it out and compare it to something as large as the universe.. and we don't even know everything about what is going on on our own planet.. we don't even really know what is going on in our own minds but the fact that we are such a small insignificant spec inside this universe that could very well be an even smaller piece of an ever bigger "universe" is just so crazy it's just very strange to imagine.. we know so little, but perhaps still more than was ever intended to be know?
You're thinking of the Montreal Protocol, which was actually signed in the late 80s and is considered one of the first examples of the world coming together (for the most part) to combat an environmental problem.
I cant imagine the end of space and I sat here trying hard for awhile. I mean what would it be like.. a wall saying "this is the end" haha no, but seriously what would the end of space would be like?
Well yea, I mean, if the earth is a sphere shape, and the sun, and the galaxy goes in a cirlce, and everything in the universe goes in circles around somehting else, then the universe itself, though it might be expanding, is still like a circle, but, a circle that sprials out into expansion Well, I mean maybe, I never went into space so I dont know either
well of course I know you dont know know, but I sat here thinking how would it be to encounter the end of space and this is such a fun way to imagine it. but does it ends really? I wanna think it doesnt. No beggining, no end, just there
Questions like these always make me laugh. I would love to know as would lots of people. I still stand my ground saying we will never know. Humans are smart but not that smart. Personally id rather find cures for cancer and aids and such things before answering that question.
I dono if Space can have a "nothing" or "end". . . cuz all it is is just Emptyness holding PLanets, and meteors, and stars, and sun(s), and moons and life forms... ETC.. .. But Supose we GET to the end... .WHat would be on the other side of the "END"... I guess that is assuming if it was a walll... even tho walls are Manmade... My theory: HAHA im not Scientist.. but. i was thinking.... what if this whole universe... .< what us humans call it... Is just a Tany smige of energy.. the size of something we cant Grasp..... Say its just one Atom.. < atoms kinda look like universes.. .ANYWAYS... . really.. i dono where im going with this... so i'l stop. ONE MORE NOTE: Apperantly they found another planet... Like ours... and they may think it has lifeform.... Maybe its a parallel universe? < like at the same time we discovered it.. THEY discovered us? Weird? i dono. > im not a scientist haha
