I think its understandable that they do not tip (Maybe they can't afford it at the time?), and in turn makes it understandable that you hate to serve them because of this.
But I don't think tipping is a requirement where ever you work is it?

Just because people believe in the concept of race doesn't mean it exists. The belief society places in that concept has an invalid foundation.. they believe in it because they think there is a biological reason to. Rather it's completely rooted in desire to separate and control population.
