If anything, it was made with a technique called stick stack. They stack the color rods in a tube shape then encase them with a clear tube. That tube is then pulled down to make a longer tube that is then chunked up and made into these little prodo spoon type pipes.

It's good shit, if it is stick stack, you didn't pay too much. It's a tedious process and takes a good amount of skill. Probably was sold to the head shop for around $10-$15. Head shop mark up is out of this world high...
