wtf?!??! There is nothing wrong with trying to understand how someone does something. Just because you don't find it interesting to inquire any further, it doesn't mean that others shouldn't continue to ask questions if they just don't get it yet.
Well Im just guessing then that Pat and SE share some special dready vision that the rest of us lack.
Were obviously not reading the same thread. I don't care if people have questions about things but they way everything was beginning to happen was turning into a group of people ganging up on one person. They weren't just questions any more. It wasn't a happy go lucky Q&A thread. I was just trying to stop the bickering by saying that. But if you all want to argue than be my guest.
Ok guess I misread you again. It seemed a clear enough statement that people should cease to wonder. But ok. Yeh I agree about the arguing, but people with genuine curiosity shouldn't feel unable to ask questions if they still don't understand a thing
yeah i agree about the loops. they seem to pop up the most in loosely backcombed locks. but i actually just remembered about a girl (the purple dreads i posted) who is going natural and has uber loops. she has crazy lockable hair though. and i know plenty of backcombed locks that have few to no loops. and my one purely natural dread is knotted only at the tip lol. it is true that the rest of my tips are far behind. they are just looping up on themselves a lot. there just doesnt seem to be a formula imo. hair has a mind of its own, and unless you really restrict it, its going to do random shit and can be hard to tell what you did to it.
I just think the statement " I can tell the difference between BC and natural most the time" got blown out of context. He answered the question several times and people still asked the same question. If i make the statement " i like the colour green" are you going to make me prove my opinion on that? No because it's silly. This all has become quite silly. Questions are fine, its how we learn, but keep them kindly phrased and your more likely to get a better answer.
im gonna be in ontario in a month or so. you guys like it there? whats the job and housing market like?
I love it. I've lived here less than a year but its awesome. Specially now that the weathers nice. it's not to big but it's not to small either

Pat..and to totally add to the derail....(since this thread no longer belongs to the OP anymore I do have a few questions about computer recording verses muti-tracking with a digital recorder. We cant decide which would be the best way to go?????? What the heck all would be need for computer home recording....would just be my hubby and I....guitar and bass.
Well computer based recording uses your computers specs to do all the processing. So the better your computer, the better quality recordings you will get. I would recomend that for home use. So first thing would be a really good computer. Second would be DAW software (digital audio workstation), where all your recorded tracks will go and you can do all your mixing Studio monitors An interface of some sort for the mics to plug into an connect to your computer/daw Microphones Something like this http://www.music123.com/Digidesign-Mbox-2-Mini-Recording-Bundle-702525-i1177445.Music123 would be perfect for home recordings. Only thing I would upgrade on this kit would be to get a different m-box because the m-box mini only has one xlr input and it would probly be more beneficial to have more than one. But most people record there tracks seperately anyways. And if recording bass, I would recomend getting a DI (direct in) box, Makes recording bass way easier There is probly simplier methods for home recordings but I think this would be more than you guys would ever need Hope this helps. if anything is unclear just ask and I will try to be clearer
haha yep, its shoeing and caring for their feet. ive wanted to do it since i was 12. where did you live before?
I lived in a little town called Blind River in northern ontario. Really nice place with lots of nature and wilderness. I like living down south now though cause when I head back up north its extra awesome to be back in the wilderness so to speak. And it's like going back and forth between polar opposites. I like the variety
