H.R. 347, is the so-called Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011. Which makes it a federal crime to enter or remain knowingly in any restricted area of the White House, the vice president’s official residence, or their respective grounds without lawful authority..And, of course, StpL thinks he has a right to be in restricted government areas, like the VP's bedroom. The last protest outside the White House was regarding ENDA. It was a couple of days ago.

Then there was also the protest regarding HR 347 outside the White House.
