I have done it before, carve they inside of a candle slide the weed in it and burn candle waxes over the hole

 

It'll be totally fine. Just double bag it. Regular US mail is fine you don't have to use fedex.

vacuum pack the weed, then put the sealed bag in a ziploc. Cover the ziploc in peanut butter. But in a package and ship

My friend has done this tons of times and hasn't been caught once

I've done it before. I sent myself some weed across borders from Seattle via (Unidentified Pot Shipments) UPS and FedEx. I packed like a 1/4 in some coffee. Coffee or peanut butter will throw off drug sniffing dogs.
When we lived elsewhere we had an ounce shipped to us a few times from our friend in Portland, Oregon.

Never more than an ounce though and we've always spelled the names wrong, ect. do and packed it well with coffee all around it or in a store bought spice container that that's labeled oregeno among other kitchen spices and coffee.

I've heard of people getting busted receiving pounds by UPS and FedEx, so I wouldn't recommend sending a lot.
