E-bombs...Is this a good idea?

So basically 99.9% of pills passed off as Ecstasy are E-Bombs. Thanks for the lesson. I've learned something new. =)

at least if you get busted by police you wont get in trouble coz the pills you have are not actually illegal....

Um...yes you will. If you sell sugar as cocaine, you can and will be charged with selling cocaine.

If you sell Caffeine pressed into a pill as Ecstasy, you can be charged with selling Ecstasy.

 

yeah its hard to argue common knowledge in court

you could say since most e is probably cut then the buyer should know its possibly not e. especially if you use key slang. But that doesn't mean shit, most people will think they are getting what they know of already and theres your crime. E is pretty much a class of drug rather than a particular drug in some areas of the world

 

wait, if your found in the possession of pills which contain no illegal substances you cant be found guilty of anything, can you? (if theres only a few and it doesnt look like your selling)

although there might be "controlled" substances.

You can get arrested for selling imposter drugs.

 

but not charged if they dont contain anything illegal

 

you can get charged with intent to distribute ecstasy. And if you get arrested, id say you bought em as X pills, and sold them as so because you thought they were X. Dont mention the internet.

 

hmmmmm learn something new everyday.. now I do X quite a bit.. have for lots of years 15 was the first time I'm now 24 still doing them lol.. and I've never heard of E-bombs.. so strange to me.. this isn't around my area or atleast not talked about much cuz we all talk about it are always trying to find it lol.. and doing it, sooo... huh.. new to me lol..

 

If you sell an asprin as Ecstasy to someone, you can be charged. If there is proof that you were trying to sell that pill as ecstasy, regardless of the contents inside, you can be charged with selling said drug.

 

I don't think any 2c-x or 2c-t-x is a good idea mixed with MDPV period!

 

so its okay if i change the name to something else or say "its like ecstasy". coz all the headshops in my town sell pills with bkMDMA, ketones, etc and they dont have any problems.

 

Where the hell do you live? Around my town, if it isnt herbal, the head shops dont sell it. and all the herbal crap is just useless. (to some extent)
