I've been on Team Night Owl since I was about 5. As a kid, I would never fall asleep early, always felt I was missing something. No matter how tired I am, if I go to bed before 11, I will always, and I have tried this dozens of times, wake up around 1am. Guaranteed. Doesn't matter if I have something going on where I have to get up really early either. That just means I'm going to need caffeine to get through the day.

that's overkill. just go to bed at the time you're used to, but set your alarm for the new time you want to start getting up. that way you'll get 4 or 5 hours that night, get through the following day, and be ready to pass out at your new earlier bedtime.

On my own without any commitments to wake up early, I'm a probably a ten am to 2 am kinda guy. That's probably in the middle, but if I had to choose one, I'd say early bird.

"Well, well, well... Looks like the Night Owls are pullin' a Charlie Sheen. Winning!"

"Wouldn't that make the Night Owls be losing this competition?"

"...Don't argue with me. Just go with it."

    XD Night Owls ftw!
