As a kid I think one of the main ones was Caroline Botelho from the TV show Zoom.
Otherwise there was also Lacey Chabert, I saw her in the Lost in Space movie (and frankly she is really the only thing I remember about it).

Then I was introduced to her years later and she's still got it.

I will second Candace Cameron from Full House, but I only ever got to it by the time it was in reruns and about the same time is when I started having a thing for the Olson twins but how they were at the time (not on the show).
It seems they haven't aged as well.

When I was little I was obsessed with these women. I thought it was just a fan thing. I admired them. I loved their movies and music and thought they were so badass. It wasn't until I got older that I realized I had crushes on them.

Later on I was all about Liza Weil. I think she is pretty but it was more about the character she played on Gilmore Girls. So it was more a crush on a fictional character than the actress playing her. But still...I wanted to make sweet sweet love to Paris Geller
