yes sucking the air (called a whip-it) can give you a great high for about 5 seconds and then a nagging headache for about 20 minutes. you tell me if it is worth it. there are other ways to do them which involve taking the caps of and putting other stuff on the cap, im sure you can look it up or someone here has tried it. I have only done the whipped cream can back when I worked in a grocery store.
