The bible says that faith is the assured expectation of things hoped for and The evident demonstration of realities though not beheld.

Similarly, those who have faith that God will fulfill his promises are guaranteed to receive what they hope for. On the other hand, those who do not have faith, or who lose it, are not entitled to receive the things God promises.

interesting ...the population was less in the past...

every person dies, eventually. on average, how many offspring does a person have? i'm sure this changes over time. how would one go about calculating such a thing as the number of all people who have ever lived in comparison to the number of currently living people. the mathematics of this idea is intriguing. how does this function compute, ......... i would think, just from a quick thinking over, that the number currently living should outnumber those that have lived but not currently living (dead). of course we would have to be making some assumptions here.

what i want to know is whether this function ever reaches a point where the situation is reversed ?

 

There are more people alive now then when man first dawned on this earth from neanderthal era and before? really? I do find that hard to believe.

iunderstand that today's population is as high as it has ever been, but I am talking about all the populations of each time frame that have died......to add to the next, etc.....
so everyone on this earth could be reincarnated of someone who ever lived and then some?...to put it simply...even though, i am not sure I beleive in reincarnation...possible, I suppose.

If i read it, understand it and apply it and see it works, that would be knowledge. There are lots of things to be learned from the bible but nobody takes the time to see what it really teaches. It was written by kings, prophets, men who walked with Jesus. The brother of Jesus. Luke was a doctor, Matthew was a tax collector, fishermen and also Moses. Different walks of life spanning 1600 years. All inspired by God to write.
