Madcap, that may be true... but once again you have missed the point that I do NOT like the democratic party... they fucking suck too... but nowndays, republicans tend to be war mongers, especially in gabinos case... the republicans that tend not to be war mongers are more libertarian than republican in the first place.. and I have lots of libertarian friends, arguments boil down to only economic philosophy.

But war monger or not, all of the republicans supported a candidate that has tried to oppress and discriminate against homosexuals alone...and that is enough for me to hate you.

 

But remember, Kerry was against gay marriage too, in fact, the majority of Democrats in power seem to be, they just support state rights to decide it, and in the past 12 cases of states doing it, it has all been the same results, banned.

 

Kerry said he was for civil unions but against it religiously... he said he would not push one way or another for/against it... It is true that if bush hadnt been in office, the GBLT community would not be facing the oppression it is today

 

It's amazing though, about 1/4 of gays that voted, voted Republican, about the same as in 2000.
