Exceptable dress

Again, I ask, since when is the girl more at fault than those who ridicule her, do we truly side with those who are calling names?

 

I dont side with name callers...but there are times when a girl is dressed very tastelessly and her attention and actions are very shallow to go with...Sometimes if you are calling total attention to yourself all the way around you can't blame people for giving it to you in any way shape or form....

For example I have a friends..or I know a girl who is such a dits and I dont judge her but when she drinks she gets really loud even more ditsy and shes wearing like short skirt and a boob top...its like I dont care that shes dressed like that cus she can pull it off but its her own fault if she gets called names or whatever with ways like that.
