Exhale

It really dose look cooler. Also I find that inhaling through my mouth and exhaling with my nose maans taht smoke that lingers in my mouth during huge hits don't get wasted. It just pulled through my lungs on the next hit. I hate to waste.:sifone:

 

Mainly my mouth but i mix it up. Blowing smoke through your nose makes the thc go to the mucous membranes in the nostrils and thus the thc travels faster to the brain, an advantage of the french inhale.
