Explain your Hipforums name

When I first roamed the internet and had to pick a name for forums and stuff I was just reading the Wheel of time of Robert Jordan and this was one of my favourite characters. So I have used this nickname for years. Unfortunately one book or so after I picked this nick he died halfway the series
The books got kind of boring near the end (it's still not finished by the way) it's not among my favourite series neither. But Asmodean's still cool
There are some speculations and theories about his death on the internet as well hehe.

Oh. I didn't know the etymology of hippy. Very true.

 

Inspired by the village of Mcleodganj in the Himalayas in India, with an added 'a' at the end so it says 'ganja'.

 

Damn Ganja. I always just thought you it was your last name with ganja added on.... interesting.

Mines pretty self explanatory. I like to mix things up and make 'em intersting.

I wont lie. I spent HOURS coming up with this after the old forums went down and we moved to the new server. Is it the best name ever? Maybe....

Am I super glad I spent ever minute I did coming up with a name that I've never stopped liking.... Damn skippy.....

I know what you mean. I've always had that problem with other usernames...... I really just feel like I kind of lucked out with this one. I actually use it for EVERYTHING now.... Back when I started using it, TheChaosFactor was available almost everywhere I joined.... Now it's "ChaosFactor84" or even "TCF84"...Name stealin' bastards....

My previous name was a inside joke that kinda went on for a while... then one day I realized I didn't like that name as my alias... so I came up with something new, I tried out a couple first... I think I had jolly rancher or something... and possibly others. finally I thought about how I felt in life, at that time.... because that is who I was and how I would post, I was angry about a lot of things... enraged but I feel that I am a sweet person despite the attitude problem I often present... and that I'm somewhat an angel... then wall-ah!

In high school, my senior year english teacher had a thick new england accent, and said Hilder. It suck.
My gay boy and I were super stoned and it was hilarious to us, so Ive been Hilder ever since.
