I don't think it does. It makes someone's expression, though. Someone may have icy-blue or gry cold eyes and scare the shit out of you but be the sweetest thing in the world. I have big rare green eyes. In France we say green eyes are those of vipers.. or mean iow. I'm not mean!
my eyes switch between green and blue... sometimes its a very clear dark blue sometimes its so light its almost grey and sometimes they are varius shades of green.
