NEVER take a piercing out if it's infected, it can abscess and that's a disaster. If it's infected, and not irritated, there'll be green or yellow pus, and the area around it'll be red and hard. Most people think they have an infection when it's really an irritation. I don't know what kind of "piercing solution" you're talking about, all that stuff is a load of crap. Use saline, it IS natural. 1/8tsp of sea salt in a cup of boiled [but not boiling, dur] water. Any stronger and it'll overdry yr piercing. Wash it once or twice a day with Dial and don't play with it besides that. Keep cleaning it until the swelling, redness goes down. If it is, in fact, infected and doesn't clear up in a couple of days, go to a doctor or reliable piercer. Your friend fucked yr face up good.
I got snakebites done and they got infected...and yes, there was yellow pus coming out of it. I actually took them out after that even though everyone told me not to lol.
it has an open sore next to it, not actually around the hole...u know wat i mean?my friend says hers got like this, but she didnt wait to try and see if cleared up... yea other chick fucked my shit up...haha next time ill go with my gut and just go "professional" ive had other piercings but never come across this problem....
^ If you live anywhere near Annapolis, MD (which I doubt but whatever), after you've claened it, go to Mystics. They're genius with piercings. Get soap and water and clean it EVERY DAY, do not take it out until it's all better. Trust me, I have my eyebrow done, and yes it's been infected, so I know. ;p But if you clean it daily, like 2-3 times a day, with just plain unscented soap and water, and TURN YOUR RING, it should be ok to take out pretty soon, and then a little after that get it repierced by someone actually good. ;p Good luck.
