I've been facebook clean for at least 2 years now...didn't delete it because I was worried about being spied on though, was more to do with the fake identities people build for themselves on facebook to feed their egos when someone else gives them some attention, because their real lives are so pitiful.

"I'm posting on Facebook about what I'm doing to prove I'm busy and that I'm an interesting person!!" haha. Ya, facebook is ultimately fantasy not reality, but it is interesting seeing what people choose to share and the manner they do it in. At times I find myself drawn to it for the same reason I'm drawn to watching Jersey Shore occasionally. It's almost like rubbernecking the human race.

That same situation in the town I live in would have brought 4 of his buddies, a drug sniffing dog and a trip downtown to be booked for possession.
It's happened to 2 friends, cost 1 $400 plus fee's, cost the other a years probation with monthly piss tests all at her expense. How much did they have on them? 7.5 grams and 13 grams.

I am not worried. I have a facebook, and only to keep in touch with friends I can not see, they are too far away.
eh dont depend on it though. and personally the feds are not going to find much on me at all. I am not a big ticket item for them. THey are more concerned with big time drug dealers, or someone doing something really big, not someone small like me. LOL

    Yup.
And the amazing thing is just as some people are starting to figure that out. They will roll out facebook2 or twatter or thespace or.. some other stupid site that they brag about on Television.

Then all the people that started to now figure out that these sites exist are only as a way to give your personal information to the gouvernement... Will sign up to the "new and improved" versions.

Biggest problem with sheep is their very existence robs me of my freedoms.

Better question, what the hell do you people have on your facebook that you're afraid the government will find and use against you. Pics of your grow operation? I hope someone is spying on my facebook, I have lovely pictures of the city I took I'd like more people to see.

A simple warrant for your credit card useage will give someone a better idea of your activities than your facebook.

    Yea ok.

Thats the reason why the United States yearly produces 3X's more classified documents than all the other nations in the world combined.

Thats the reason why the United States has put more people in jail than either China or former communist Russia.

Don't you kid yourself. The only paranoid people are the United States gouverment and its spy and military clowns. They are listening to everyone and anyone and they're doing it 24/7. The only reason why they woud come after you or me is

    1) Are you or 1 worth the effort ?
    2) Does screwing you or I over some how help them in their persuits.

That's the police and getting a warrant involves 1) respecting your rights and 2) leaving a paper trail that the average citizen can follow.

There is no conspiracy theories at all. Just understanding who is who and what is what. And trust me, if you keep playing their game.. One day they will be taking you down for something. Because afterall, prisons are big business. You, me and everyone is just marchandise.

    PS.
The way things are going, they will take you don without a warrent. Because sooner or later, that little bit about "rights" will be gone. Just keep being a sheep and keep playing into their games and one day you will find out just how sane some of us "paranoid" people are.

The United States has a huge prison population due in good part because of mandatory sentencing laws and war on drugs. While how the system works is asinine, the end results have rational explanations. Also the need for warrants is actually stronger in the US then most other countries. The exclusionary rule is very strong in American courts and police have much less search and seizure power without warrants than they do even cousin countries like Canada or the UK.
