No. This whole question is based on the premise that if two people agree on one thing, they automatically agree on everything. Are there overlaps in between what divergent groups believe? Of course there are, many... that in no way means that the groups are the same or even close. Of course, this is a tactic that is used often by those looking to vilify something without revealing their true intent.
