Fast Food Nation

i work at a mcdevil's (aka mcdiabetes) so im interested in how they'll portray it...

I read most of this book and loved it. It had a lil to do with me becomin veg. I cant wait to see this movie, this is the first I have heard of it.

 

I liked the book much better than the movie. It had more info. But then again, if all of the points in the book were touched, the movie would have probably lasted like 6 hrs. But the movie did a good job of portraying the different attitudes people have with fast food.

 

Can someone tell me why this movie just stopped playing everywhere? I was gonna see it last night and it disappeared. I was sad. I wanted my friends to stop eating fast food damnit.

 

The Jungle made me vomit several times.

I liked reading Fast Food Nation but I think the movie will suck...just because movies of that nature often do. I'm not big on public awareness films even though I know they are more widley spread than books.
I think bringing out this film is going to stop darwinism in its tracks...I want the type of people who have read it to evolve and not die from clogged arteries...not really, that sounded a bit mean...kinda funny though?
