yea, i watched it again after i posted that and realized it's not actually a lot of polys, moreso the texturing/bitmapping and lighting that makes it look so freaking good.
Obviously you can have better graphics on pc but I was comparing Goldeneye for the Wii to other 'next gen' consoles. I'd like to play the new Zelda as well and also Goldeneye could play just as groovy as the original (graphics are of course not everything ) but I'm also a sucker for realistic environments and graphics that are pushed to the limits of todays consoles. I hate gaming on the pc though, not only because of the keyboard but also because I don't like upgrading my computer for games.
I can't stand playing FPS games with a controller...so much more accurate with the click of the mouse. Anyhow...i picked up black ops and it's not running too great, and I have yet to see anything too outstanding that separates it from it's predecessors. I'm backing up my files right now and am going to reformat my pc, and clean out all the insides with a vaccuum and canned air in hopes that it gets it running as smooth as it should. I had no problem running cod4 or mw2 and the graphics aren't much better in blackops so I'm a bit puzzled why it is running so shit. My pc is starting to get a little outdatted -bought it august07 and put a new vid card in 09, but it should still be able to run blackops prety smooth. It's been 2 years since I've reformatted though so I'm sure this will fix it as the harddrive is just so full of crap that I let disk defrag run for like 6 hours and it didn't finish.
Bus Driver was an awesome game while stoned https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zg0R6C0W5MU"]YouTube - Bus Driver PC Game Review by GameDemo.com
I'm now playing Prince of Persia - the forgotten sands, pretty good stoned entertainment although not one of my favourites (but I think Prince of persia - Sands of time is among them  )
Loved PoP SoT although I never ended up beating it. Simply too much fun to just watch him jump around and do crazy shit. Pretty much the reason the original Assasins creed drew me in as well.
Ha, same here dude! And of course the awesome setting of the 3rd crusade  And the jumping and puzzling of PoP sands of time is also why I thought I'd try these new Prince of persia games on the 360 I also really dig the level designs of the Sands of time and Forgotten sands. Just that middle eastern 1001 nights fantasy atmosphere
so yeah.. GameStop had a special deal where they gave you 25% additional credit towards used games... so i got Black Ops for $25

never got into twisted metal.. honestly.. dont think i played it.. along with crazy taxi.. the two main games to come out for the PSX... Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is probably the greatest game on the PSX
twisted metal is fun but it's nothing amazing. also I just added a great cut scene from eternal darkness. I recommend you watch the whole thing. MAY THE RATS EAT YOUR EYES!!! (watch the cut scene and you will get why I said that)
all I do is play Xbox 360's Madden NFL 2010 on Xbox Live. Great shit when your high, you feel like the coach of a real football team.
