I've got Them's version, but I always thought that was the original. I haven't been able to find the Elevators' version anywhere.

The Elevators' version is very easy to find on soulseek. It was recorded live on the Sump'n Else TV Show in 1966. It's also a bonus track on the cd release of their first album, The Psychedelic Sounds Of.

 

I had no idea it was added to the cd...

I searched on soulseek a while ago, and found nothing.. I'll look again!

yeah, I've got you added... soulseek just never works from me, I've probably only DLed 5 or 6 songs off of it.

after I load it, it freezes and then it switches to "Soulseek... Not Responding".

maybe there's a newer version? i'll check the site..
