I personally want to increase funding for the police and reduce government spending on wasteful stuff but also to fight for racial harmony and social justice, the flag and the Constitution it stands for, and plan to vote for Biden in the next election. I know lots of folks like me. Putting me in the same camp with BLM and Antifa would be ridiculous.

 

Why cant the courthouse be relocated to a different place? If the citizens don't want it, it should go. Wondering if people in another locality would want to accept a courthouse in that locality?

Just eyeballing this, I note the phrase "To remove certain functions from the police department. That suggests they don't want to remove all functions from it or disband it, just to defund it by 50%. Also, the Resolution has no number. Is it a draft? Did it pass?

Also , isn't the TV news station in Washington State KOMO instead of KONO? Typo? Anyhow, defunding the police is an extremely zany idea that will predictably cause lots of havoc before it's repealed. Are they nuts or what? And Seattle used to be such a nice city. Remind me never to go there again.

yeah fires were set outside the courthouse again last night as over 1200 gathered out side it by 1 in the morning. By 2am the crowd was reduced to about 500. Other federal building had windows smashed and businesses were damaged again, but I guess vandalism is a non violent crime these days.
