Gottfried was a pretty cool guy. And, to the best of my knowledge he never heard Hendrix.

Hendrix is magic. Some of his tunes can really hypnotize me. Little wing has always been my favorite, tingles my spine every time. One of my favorite songs to play as well, so much emotion.
