I am for real. Unless it knocked the wind out of him which I doubt because he grabbed his back straight away, a key indication of a possible dive because that's what they do.
After watching over and over I'm not even sure his elbow made contact with the back, it looks like it missed and he got a fist hammer in the back which if that was done to me I'd turn around and thank the guy because it seems like it would have untied a knot I have in my back right now. XD
