Circuit training again tonight. I love that shit. Themnax....if you're working out hard enough...it does work out your brain too.
not working out today, 'cuz I'm a lean stud. Will work out tomorrow, and 3x before next week's party. That's how I roll.
Just finished a zumba class. It was so silly and fun. It's nice to not worry about reps, laps, time, etc, and just have a good time while breaking a good sweat.
That's what my wife did tonight. She enjoys it. I only had about 45 minutes tonight because I got there late and planned on leaving with my wife when her class was over. Of course, some guy recognized me from the early 90's and wanted to bullshit for 10-15 minutes. I was trying to be polite but I really just wanted to say...hey..great to see you...I better get to work though. So that sucked. Wasted almost a third of my time.
There was a man there with his wife, and he was working it. I was really impressed lol. He was shaking, shimmy-img, and doing booty circles with the best of us.
That's pretty cool. I walked past the class and decided once again to not linger and stare on my way to the weight room. They can see you in the mirrored walls.
Circuit training. Someone had a band snap doing run-outs tonight. Whew! Glad it wasn't me. That can leave a wicked mark on you.
This evening I did my usual 250 pushups, a few deadlifts, a few sets of bicep curls, bench dips, and now that I am at work I will do a few sets of chinups using the ceiling pipes in the basement.
Arms today and some other stuff. I love it when there are just a few people in the weight room. Just 4 of us regulars today.
I love it when the firemen from the nearby firehouse are in the weight room. Today was a rest day for me. Tomorrow is last practice before our upcoming bout, so we'll be getting our asses kicked.
You play like you practice so you better kick some ass tomorrow! My rest days are Saturday and Sunday but I'm thinking of throwing in an hour or so more of cardio on the weekend....just to get ready for some summer events I plan on doing.

Last night was my best practice yet. I was hell on wheels, and I feel so good about it. I was so sweaty at the end, you'd have thought I just took a shower with my clothes on. Lots of scrimmage, and lots of drills. I'm feeling it today. *limps away*
