Went swimming again then I actually did some crunches and a few other things. I don't feel like swimming on its own is cutting it. I miss my paddleboard....

I haven't done anything for a while. I might start my dieting again on Monday. Thing is I'm nursing a few arm muscle related injuries and I don't want to come back too quickly and re injure but I'm finding taking time off to be very detrimental to my fitness. =\
Stop doing that. btw i did a fuck load of arm stuff today instead of my full body routine cuz i wanted to get a nice pump before i went into work
